Understand the different user roles in Zive.

There are the following standard user roles in Zive:

  • Admin

  • Moderator

Users can have multiple roles assigned to them.

Admin role

The "Admin" role gives users full access to your workspace administration and allows them to configure and manage your Zive workspace. Therefore, the role is meant for users who are involved in the technical setup, coordinating or leading the project internally. The "Admin" role provides the following permissions:

Moderator role

The "Moderator" role gives users access to a variety of features for moderating content and managing knowledge in your Zive workspace. It's meant to enable key knowledge owner or managers to design and improve the experience of the platform users. Currently, these features include:
