Where to find this feedback

Zive does allow Moderators to review the feedback that has been provided by the users via the Feedback section in the workspace moderation (ADD LINK). 2. Regularly review the feedback that you received from your platform users

If feedback is used correctly it can help you to identify ways to improve the platform experience for your entire organization, e.g. by:

  • Address outdated, irrelevant or wrong content, e.g. with exclusion rules

  • Understand which content is accessed regularly and might be a good example

  • Understand how well your colleagues get on with the platform functionalities
