Learn how to configure and administrate your Zive workspace.

Configuration of your Zive workspace is possible directly from within your live Zive platform. Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Zive platform
    (using your company's Zive URL, typically something like https://company.zive.app)

  2. Click on your avatar

  3. Click "Workspace settings"

General settings

When you open the platform settings, you will be automatically guided to your workspace's general settings. Here, you can configure things such as your workspace name (which will be displayed to your users) and your company name.

Company description

In the general settings you will also find a field called Description which is particularly important because it is used by Zive's AI to learn some basic information about your company. You should try to include the following:

  • A short description of what your company does

  • A short overview of the products or services your company offers

  • An overview of your company's locations / offices

Feel free to also add any other information that you think is relevant for our AI to know about your company in order to provide the best possible answers to your users.
