User provisioning is the process of adding user accounts for your employees to the Zive system.

Zive does not need full user synchronization (user federation) with your internal user directory systems. Instead, your users will be provisioned automatically upon their first login through Single Sign-On (SSO). This happens automatically in the background so your users will not notice and experience any particular delays.

Because Zive does not use full user synchronization, there is no way for Zive to know when users are deactivated in your internal user directory. However, deactivated users will no longer be able to log in to Zive and Zive will automatically de-provision the orphaned user accounts after a certain period of inactivity.

Your users get access to the Zive platform through Single Sign-On (SSO).
