Verifying content

Learn how you can provide reliable, high-quality results to your users with verified results.

Updated over a week ago

Zive allows users with the Moderator role to mark certain content items as "Verified". This has two effects:

  1. Verified results are ranked higher in the search results and, therefore, are more likely to be considered by the Zive AI Assistant when generating answers.

  2. Verified results are highlighted on the search results page of the Zive Search.

For each verified result, users are able to see who marked the item as verified and when.

How to verify content

In order to verify content, you can simply click on the three dots below a search result and select "Mark as verified".

Managing verified content

Only users with the "Moderator" role are allowed to mark or unmark items as verified. As a moderator, you can access all verified content via the moderator area by selecting Verified content.

Here you get a full list of all verified content. By default, the list is filtered to content verified by you but can be adjusted to also see verifications performed by other moderators.

Via the three dots on the right of each line, you can "unverify" content, which removes the verified status and its implications (s. above).
