Understand the different user roles in Zive.

There are the following standard user roles in Zive:

  • Admin

  • Moderator

Users can have multiple roles assigned to them.

Admin role

The "Admin" role gives users full access to your workspace administration and allows users to configure and manage your Zive workspace. Therefore, each user with the "Admin" role can also manage the user roles of all other users.

Moderator role

The "Moderator" role gives users access to a variety of features for moderating content and managing knowledge in your Zive workspace. Currently, these features include:
