Providing feedback

The more feedback you give Zive, the better your search results will be.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Why feedback is important

Zive not only understands and interprets your company's knowledge and data connections. It also uses individual user feedback to continuously improve the underlying knowledge graph and thereby search and AI results.

Additionally, an anonymized list of all feedback is available to Moderators of your workspace to evaluate and improve platform usage and knowledge management.

Give as much feedback as possible

When you search you may find some results or answers extraordinarily helpful and some not so much. Please make sure to use the inline feedback buttons to provide feedback to the platform in order to improve search results and Assistant answers in the future.

How to give feedback

Zive Search

Feedback buttons will appear when hovering search results with your mouse. Simply click the thumbs-up/down buttons.

How to provide feedback for search results

Zive Assistant

In an Assistant conversation, you find the same thumbs up/down buttons below the answer.

Assuming you give a negative review, a small window will pop up where you may further describe the reason for your dissatisfaction with a given result.

Due to privacy reasons, all the feedback you provide is completely anonymous. Hence, neither your name, the prompt, nor the Zive Assistant's answers will be displayed to your moderators.

Please note:

Currently, providing feedback on search results is not supported on mobile devices for user experience reasons.
