Please note that custom domains are not available in all product plans. Check your product plan to see if this feature is available in your Zive workspace.
Zive allows you to use a custom domain name (e.g. https://search.yourcompany.com) for your Zive workspace. To set up a custom domain name, please follow these steps:
In your domain's DNS settings, create a CNAME entry to point to "_customer-domains.zive.app".
After this is done, please contact our support team who will provision the necessary SSL certificates and re-configure your Zive workspace.
